Description
Sweetie Tomato seeds produce just what they say they are on the label. Super sweet tomatoes with a 12-14% sugar content. Perfect for carmelizing in a Caprese dish or eating straight off the vine like candy.
It loves full sun and stands up to the heat, producing an abundance of cute little cherry tomatoes measuring between .5 and 1 inch in diameter.
Our Sweetie Tomato seeds are non-GMO, heirloom varieties. They’re open-pollinated, which means you can save the seeds from your harvest and grow more year after year.
Sweeties are indeterminate tomatoes, which means they will need trellising or staking. But it’s worth the trouble because you’ll get a regular supply as long as the warm weather holds up.
Sweeties mature in 70-80 days from transplant.

Sweetie Tomato Seeds Planting and Growing Instructions
Start tomatoes indoors or undercover to protect seedlings from extreme temperatures and heavy rains.
Sow seeds in cell trays or soil blocks approximately 6-8 weeks before planting out.
Sow seeds about 1/4 inch deep and keep the soil mix moist with misting or bottom watering until germination occurs.
Keep warm at about 70°F to 80°F.
Once roots have populated the starting medium and the plant has two or more sets of true leaves, you can plant them into the garden or into large containers (3-5 gallons recommended).
Make sure you install any trellising or supports while the plants are small to avoid root damage. Installing your trellis before planting out is always a good approach.
