Description
Fall is one of the best times to grow vegetables, especially when you live in the hot and humid South. Winter vegetables include brassicas, like this sweet and delicious Tall White Stem Bok Choy variety.
Description
Bok choy, sometimes called Pak Choy, is a crisp and delicious Asian cabbage that is more heat tolerant than more traditional varieties.
This Tall White Stem Bok Choy variety is great for stir fry, kimchi (pickling), or slaw.
You can harvest small at 30 days for fresh salads or give it 45-60 days to form tall stems and a fuller head of greens for cooking.
Since bok choy matures quickly and grows all winter long (even through light frost), we recommend sowing in succession.
