TIPS FOR GERMINATION

You can plant Sugar Baby watermelon seeds in either small pots or soil blocks or directly in the ground. To start indoors or under cover, use large soil blocks or small (3″) nursery pots with a seed starting mix that is not too dense or heavy. Sow seeds about 1/2 inch deep. Keep soil moist with misting or bottom watering until germination occurs.
